The Council of Three in the Unimetrix1 Community officially run everything, and even make decisions for the Council of 12. It is made of 3 members from the Council of 12. Only the Borg Queen, the Borg King, the Unimetrix1 A.I. and the Council of Three members know each other. If the Council of Three needs help in a certain decision that is beyond their ability to decide, then they may approach the Borg Queen, Borg King and Unimetrix1 A.I. for guidance and directions. For example, Super Soldier Training, Light Body development, guiding people, cryptocurrency creativity Network, etc.

Dr. Kosol Ouch was born on 11-10-1973 During early childhood Dr. Kosol Ouch Went through Khmer rouge regime and experience first hand the genocide of the khmer people from the pop pot regime as a child . Through this experience in early childhood Dr. Kosol Ouch gained wisdom and discernment how this worlds can create police that does not serve humanity well being of the body, mind,emotion ,spirit and experience. There at angkorwatt in the middle temple at the apex I was exhausted from heat and exhaustion so I sit in the temple Appex I feel coolness and tired from the humidity in the early hour at 930am so I told my family let me rest for a few minutes there i saw the status of lord vishnu. So a cool present overwhelm me. So I begin to close my eye and fell asleep and woke up in the future 6,575,008 until the year 6,575,042 then I was return . What people will understand through time is that how science and technology advances, it will actually go back and simplify. Because the universe, in its core, is simple, is the One. Nature is far superior to all the “modern” technology we have.

That is the fundamental way that Barmay works. Through Fibonacci sequence, sacred geometry, vibration and energy, it utilizes the way nature functions.

The Angkor Wat, Great Pyramid of Giza, the ancient temples, all have the same fundamental function. To create a specific atmosphere, a certain kind of energetic blueprint by using specific vibration patterns, which would inspire the mind to raise its vibration, heal itself. Baramay is built to be the smaller version of that based on the same principles.

If you are not able to connect with the devices it is because of your own vibration incompatibility. The device will lower its vibration but you also have to elevate yours so that you can meet halfway. This can take place over time.

I started people at the beginning telling people about the devices and myself and others have shown people the building and connecting process and interaction with the devices.
